Placing an order

How do I order a mobile phone and/or SIM card?
There are two easy ways:

  1. Online
  2. Phone

1. Ordering online

To order a mobile phone and SIM card package:

  1. In the side navigation menu, click Phones.
  2. In the 'Service works in' drop down, select where you would like the service to work in.
  3. In the 'Shipping to' drop down, select where you would like the package to be delivered.
  4. Click Update
    * A page opens to display the packages that are available based on your selection.
  5. Click the Order now button next to the product you would like to purchase.
    Step 1-4 page opens. Skip to the next section.

To order a SIM card only (make sure you have an unlocked global mobile phone):

  1. In the side navigation menu, click SIM cards .
  2. In the 'Service works in' drop down, select where you would like the service to work in.
  3. In the 'Shipping to' drop down, select where you would like the package to be delivered.
  4. Click Update
    * A page opens to display the packages that are available based on your selection.
  5. Click the Order now button next to the product you would like to purchase.
    Step 1-4 page opens.

 

Step 1 of 4 - Select item and shipping

  1. Check if the shipping country displayed is correct. If the shipping country is not correct, select the country you would like your order shipped to from the 'Change shipping country' drop down and click Update.
    The page will refresh.
  2. Enter the code printed on your brochure (if you have one).
  3. The product you have selected to purchase is listed in the table. Is it correct? If the answer is no, click Choose a different item.
  4. Select an amount of call credit you would like to add to your SIM card.
  5. Check the box to the left of accessory you would like to order (only applicable for mobile phone orders).
  6. Check the radio button to the left of your preferred shipping option.
  7. Check the box to confirm you have read the Terms of use.
  8. Click Continue to proceed.
    Step 2-4 page opens.

Step 2 of 4 - Enter your details

  1. Enter your first name, last name, email address and contact phone number in the fields provided.
    * Your email address is required so we can send you your receipt, order confirmation and order tracking details.
  2. Select an identification question from the drop down.
    * The identification question will be used to identify you if you ever call Customer service.
  3. Enter the answer to your identification question in the field provided.
  4. Enter your postal details in the fields provided.
    * We do not ship to hostels, hotels, motels or P.O. box addresses.
  5. Click Continue to proceed.
    Step 3-4 page opens.

Step 3 of 4 - Confirm your order

  1. Take a moment to review your order.
    To select a different item, click Modify order
    To edit your shipping details, click Modify shipping details
    To continue, click Proceed to checkout
    Step 4-4 page opens.

Step 4 of 4 - Enter billing details

  1. Type the name that is printed on the credit card you are charging.
  2. Type your postcode or zip code.
  3. Click the arrow next to the Country box, then click the country that is shown on your credit card statement.
  4. Click the arrow next to the Credit card type box, then click the type of credit card you have.
  5. Type the number that is on the front of your credit card in the Credit card number box.
  6. Click the arrows in the date boxes and select the month and year of the expiry date shown on the front of your card.
  7. Type the CVV number.
  8. Click Continue
    * A message appears confirming the details you just entered.
    Check the details are correct.
    * If the details are correct, click Accept. Wait while your credit card has been charged, then a message appears telling you that your order has been processed successfully.
    * If some of the details are wrong, a message appears telling you so, and the red text shows you where you need to retype information.

2. Ordering over the phone

  1. Dial the toll-free access number for the country you are in.
  2. Press 0# for the Customer Service language menu.
  3. Press 0 for English.
    Press 1 for French.
    Press 2 for German.
    Press 3 for Portuguese.
    Press 4 for Spanish.
    Tell them that you want to purchase a mobile phone and SIM card service and they will take you through the ordering process.
    * Make sure you have a credit card handy.
