Many smartphones automatically run applications in the background that will use data such as email, weather, social media, location services, etc. We recommend you purchase one of our data plans or disable background applications on your smartphone.
You can enable or disable a data connection to your SIM card. To enable data dial 313. To disable data dial 312.

The International SIM card comes with the option to add a +1 US Number via a monthly subscription of just $2. This option is available from your account after purchasing and activating your SIM.
When your subscribe to a US number, friends and family in the US will be able to contact you at the cost of a local call or text.

Voicemail
Voicemail is automatically enabled. An inbound caller will be directed to voicemail if the call is not answered within 30 seconds, if the phone is switched off or if there is no coverage. A text message will be sent to notify you of a new voicemail.
To change your greeting message, dial 732 from your phone and press the call, send or OK key (ignoring any messages on the screen).
To disable voicemail, dial 866 from your phone and press the call, send or OK key (ignoring any messages on the screen).
To enable voicemail, dial 869 from your phone and press the call, send or OK key (ignoring any messages on the screen).
Toll-free calling
Family and friends can call you for FREE from USA, Australia, Canada, and UK. Share your +44 number with your family and friends along with the following two step process:
Please note you will be charged a surcharge of 15c per minute to receive a call.
Auto-recharge
Auto-recharge automatically recharges your account when your balance falls below a set limit. The automatic recharge is instantaneous and you receive a text message when it occurs.
Enable or disable Auto-recharge at any time by signing into your account online or by calling Customer service. You can also change the minimum balance and the charge amount.
Your SIM card needs to be activated before you can use it. To activate your SIM Card, follow the steps below.

To make a call using our service you will need to dial:

Example: To call (213) 337-5555 in the US, you need to dial:

Please note, you must dial the country code even if you are making a local or national call and drop the leading zero if the number you are calling has one.
CALLING EXPERIENCE
When making a call, after dialing the number, you will experience one of the following:
Direct calling
Your call is connected as if you were back home

Our server receives the request and disconnects your call for 10 to 30 seconds
Your phone rings back
Your call is connected a few seconds after you answer
